Spraykart provides an online platform for the sale of fragrances and related products.
By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or are using the platform under appropriate supervision.

2. Product Authenticity & Representation

Spraykart is committed to offering 100% original and authentic fragrances sourced from verified suppliers.

While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and details:

• Minor variations in packaging or design may occur
• Fragrance perception may differ from person to person

Such variations do not qualify as defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed
• Orders may be cancelled in case of pricing discrepancies or payment verification issues

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Spraykart reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order at its discretion
• Cancel orders flagged for suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• Limit or restrict quantities per customer/order

Customers may cancel orders only before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed
• Spraykart is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or external factors beyond our control
• Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer upon successful delivery

In case of failed delivery attempts, orders may be returned (RTO).

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

• Damaged products
• Incorrect items delivered
• Manufacturing defects

Conditions:

• Requests must be raised within the specified return window
• Products must be unused and in original packaging

Due to the nature of fragrances, returns based on personal preference are not accepted.

Spraykart reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after verification.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To maintain service quality:

• Spraykart reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain users, locations, or order patterns
• Repeated order rejections or failed deliveries may lead to account restrictions
• Additional verification may be required for COD orders

8. User Conduct

By using Spraykart, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or misuse of services
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise website functionality

Violation may result in suspension or permanent restriction of access.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Spraykart—including logos, branding, product listings, images, and text—is the property of Spraykart.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Spraykart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased

We are not responsible for:

• Delays, failures, or errors caused by these providers
• Service interruptions beyond our control

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
