• All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation
• During high demand or peak periods, processing may take up to 72 hours
• Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday)
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Based on actual delivery performance:
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote / Non-Serviceable Zones: 5–9 business days

• Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, or regional constraints
3. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout
• Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD)
4. Order Tracking
• Tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email once shipped
• Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect after dispatch
5. Packaging & Safety
• Orders are shipped in tamper-proof, secure packaging
• Designed to prevent leakage, damage, or contamination
• Ensures fragrance integrity and authenticity
6. Delivery Attempts
• Delivery will be attempted 2–3 times by courier partners
• If unsuccessful, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
7. Delays & Exceptions
While most orders are delivered within the timelines above:
• Unexpected delays can occur due to courier capacity, local disruptions, or address issues
• Spraykart is dependent on third-party logistics partners and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates
8. Incorrect Address / Customer Unavailability
• Ensure your address and contact details are accurate
• Orders may be delayed or returned if:
– Address is incomplete/incorrect
– Customer is unavailable during delivery attempts
