1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received a wrong product
• You received a defective product

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in original packaging
• All original labels, seals, and packaging must remain intact
• Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Fragrance preference not liked
• Used or opened products
• Minor packaging dents caused during shipping (if product inside is safe)

This policy helps us ensure product authenticity and safety for all customers.


3. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at official@spraykart.com
  2. Share your Order ID
  3. Attach clear photos/video of the product
  4. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• In case of Cash on Delivery, refund will be processed via Bank Transfer / UPI
